Center City Listings

Center City Listings, based in Philadelphia, was looking for an updated brand image that would convey luxury and exclusivity to their clients.

As part of this brand package, we developed a complete printed brand identity for the team’s real estate agents  to use while prospecting and delivering service to their clients.

DW Social

DW Social was a restaurant concept planning to launch in summer 2020. As part of their launch, they requested a full brand package to include logos, signage, and materials for use within the restaurant setting. 

We developed multiple logo options for the company informed by the owners ethnic heritage as well as their occupation as a professional athlete.

CPros

As co-founder and CMO of CPros, a real estate services start up, Melanie was charged with creating a brand that had the capacity to speak to real estate agents across brokerages and the ability to grow to be a national source for realtors.

Melanie developed an entire brand identity that was implemented as the company grew exponentially, until their eventual sale to multinational real estate giant, Keller Williams Realty Inc.

Hermes Landscaping

Hermes Landscaping has been providing the Kansas City region with exceptional commerical and residential landscaping services for over 75 years. 

With such a legacy, Hermes was in need of a brand refresh, bringing this established brand into the 21st century.  We developed a new brand presence focused on exceptional photography and live experiences at trade and home shows.

KCMG Realty

KCMG Realty, based in the Philadelphia suburbs, requested a brand refresh that would speak to their affluent client base while keeping in line with their brokerage’s color scheme and branding. 

We provided multiple options for the team that were elegant, modern, and clean and would work in a variety of digital and printed materials.
